I have a TX2-1050ED same squeeky sound here. It is annoying but if you put up the volume or use a headphone than it should'nt be a problem.

Do you guys get a creak from the left palm rest (above the power slidebutton)?
It's so annoying and loud, is it because the DVD tray bay is there and the chassis isn't strong enough?
I have a tx2-1020us and its been creaking like this since i got it. When i carry it closed, open, tablet mode, regular mode, damnit!

the squeak is coming from this small gap above the power switch (caused by a warp on the top plastic palm rest, not really visible to the eye, its less than 1 mm)
i even tried loosing/tightening the screws to no avail

Mine has this too, it is faint, but it does creak/squeak a tiny bit when pressure is applied to it. Not way to big a deal IMO as it seems stable enough.
