Hi Howard.
I'm from Sweden and I have just found this on a site inn Sweden. I have also been looking for this wallmount solution since i bought my IQ500 but now it's coming to Sweden. then say delevery date is 2010-03-02 but I'll see if I can find it somewhere else or just wait. So I guess that it would come to you in UK also in the near future. Keep searching and you might find it.

For the past few days I have been trying to locate a HP TouchSmart IQ800 Wall Mount Adapter. I have contacted HP uk who claim that the VK554AA bracket is only available in North America (I am in the UK). They gave me a contact number for HP in the USA who when I contacted them claimed they do not send products outside of the US.
Anyway, the question I would like one of you kind people to answer is, is there anywhere in the UK that sell the VK554AA wall bracket?

Are you sure the VK554AA is for the IQ8xx? I see it routinely listed as the 300 and 600 series, vs the FQ493AA#B13 for the IQ8xx.
I just went through this in trying to get the right one for my just shipped IQ846

You are right Diane.....I ordered the VK554AA from USA and have found it is indeed incorrect.....do you or anyone else have any idea which bracket would fit my IQ820uk PC??

Unfortunately now the answer is even worse since the correct bracket has become even more unavailable. If there's no way to modify what you have I would suggest you just keep hammering away on HP UK as far as them dropping the part so quickly.

I have an extra adapter for a IQ830IT...should fit. If needed I can sell it

I'm also looking for a wall mount adapter for an IQ816. The part (FQ493AA) is difficult to find online anywhere. Any one have an extra that they would be willing to trade or sell?
