That is where the S-Video connector used to be on the TX-2500 series.

They decided however not to include it on this model for unknown reasons, and just capped off the empty slot for it.

Oh I have science dued tomorrow and I was wondering what is was their for since I'm trying to make sure if theirs other ports I can hook up to my School smartboard and Projector. Hey if I hook it up to a smart board will the multi touch on the TX2 pass on to the smrt board or will it make my TX2 single touch.

LoL, unfortunately not. The Smartboard cannot magically acquire multitouch just because its hooked up to a device that has it. That is a hardware based requirement.

Your Tx2 screen will remain multi touch even with another monitor hooked up though, no worries about that.
