If you are just wondering where you can get the Touchsmart Software, you can get it from the HP support site for your model, or you can use my installer which will install Touchsmart and all sub applications for you.

Click Start, and then Control Panel .
Click Hardware & Sound .
Scroll down and click HP Touch Screen Configuration .
From the Global Settings tab, set to disabled for the Touch Screen Sound option.

I am unsure. It should have been preinstalled on the computer when purchased.

I cant find any HP software for it for windows 7 specicially. You can try this however and see if it will work for you.
NextWindow, the maker of the touchscreen, has this posted on their website regarding turning off the sound.

How do I turn the beeping sound off?
In USB Config, go to the General tab and set the buzzer time to zero.

Here is a link to the software package from them with the utilties. I do not know if it will work with windows 7 however.
