This morning I was glancing over the underside of my tx2 and directly above my proof of license sticker there is a something that reads like this: 'This class B apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003" followed by something in French. after googling for a few minutes came across this site about EMC Requirements and also saw that there are Class B apparatus' that must comply with FCC standards here in the U.S ....so my question is, does this mean my tx2 was made in Canada or am I understanding this wrong?

not sure if it matters but I noticed there was a thread here about tx2 performance after expiration of warranty and would like to openly state that my warranty went up in November 09 and I have never encountered any problems with mine.

This "complies with Canadian ICES-003" doesn't mean that it was made in Canada. I think ICES-003 is some norm that has to be fulfilled so that it is allowed to use this product in Canada.
If you have a look at the lower right corner of the sticker you'll read "Product of China" and that's where your TX2 was made.
