When do you get this problem? You're not giving anyone a lot to go on with that post.

In Windows? In boot, installing or running something, etc..
However a quick check on Google shows it's HD related, did you perform the very important Seagate HD update?

This error was given in the diagnostic check off the blue screen. It wont go past that point. I cant restore. It was just this morning that i had this issue. ANd I have recently purchased this and i have not done the "very important Seagate HD update". I was unaware of it.

In th actual warning message it stated that there was no drive detected and it suggesting to turn off the system adn verify the rive cabls are secrly attached. They seem to be.

You need to visit the HP support sections, there's a significant update in regards to a firmware problem in the Seagate hard drives, and the failure is data loss and the drive disappearing.

I'm unsure if it can resolve the issue after it has happened.
