So I recently upgraded to windows 7 and the latest TS 3.0 software on my IQ816 Desktop. Well on the clock tile, I have the main time set which works fine. However, you are suposed to be able to add/set two more times on the left/right of the main clock. I add the new times, but it always erases when I turn off or restart my computer. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the clock app but it keeps erasing. Any Ideas?

I checked this program and were not able to reproduce any such bug.

I can tell you two things which may remove this problem:
First, restore the system to its factory settings. (you might not be willing to do this as you have to backup all your data which might be a long process depending upon your storage). This should definitely eliminate this problem. ;
Second, you can create new user account with administrator privileges. see if this eliminates the problem. If this works, you can copy all user folders content (old one) in new account and delete old user profile.

Thank you, you were right. In a new profile that I created it works just fine. However, do I really need to delete my old profile? Now that I know there is something wrong on my current profile, is there a way to fix it? Even if i copy my user folders into the new profile won't I still have to start over to a degree? Like with Itunes, the way I have my desktop set up, how I have my browsers (firefox) nice and customized, ect.....

I am glad that your application is working fine now. You do not necessarily need to remove that profile. It will not harm you anyway except occupying few MB's of space in your hard drive.
For Itunes, try this: http://hubpages.com/hub/move-iTunes-songs [just consider your new profile as a new computer]
For Firefox: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_backup [see Manually back up the profile]
For desktop etc, I guess you can redo it again..and it will be fun...:))
