It's a Windows issue more then any specific Touchsmart issue, so I left this one and removed the other, no need to have multiple posts in multiple forums.

My wife has a Touchsmart that is over a year old. It has recently developed a printer lock-up issue. I has an HP 6310 printer and an Epson installed.
Her machine has quit printing to either machine consistently. It will not respond when printing from websites or Quickbooks or whatever. She has to power off the printer and the Touchsmart to get them synced. When they power back up the printer will usually print one, two or however many docs are in que. The problem has become chronic.
She has Vista 64 bit. All drivers have been updated.
Any ideas?
