Hi

 I've a Touchsmart 300  and I've problem with sync between Touchsmart software and Database Itunes.

 1) I changed the setting to TouchSmart Music to database Itunes but allways when I restarted the setting change to default.

 2) I've problem with covers, when update image to cd covers  on itunes it didn't update on touchsmart Music.

We are still trying to figure out this issue but unfortunately we are not able to reproduce this bug on our machine. Would you be able to let us know which build you are using? ( to check the build, you need to press Alt Ctrl s keys together and you will see a pop-up window. please note down all details (or a take snapshot) and send this info to me. )

Hi Shuk

The issue is very easy, the touchsmart music dosent update any change on covers(Photo cd) in your own database or itunes database.

I have windows 7 pro and I reintalled all application manualy.

Version TouchSmart 3.1.2.3601

  Hey T..Let me see if we can reproduce the error. The issue might look simple and present in your PC but we need to reproduce at our end too so that we can see what is the real cause behind it!!!

Can I do manual procedure (Clear Cache , update something ) for force sync beteween itunes and Touchsmart Music?

Go to www.hp.com/support and search your product selecting "Download drivers and software (and firmware)". Select your OS and look for TouchSmart Music software.

The Touchsmart 300/600 model line is what this thread is about, and I would think the the MVP application for Win7 on the IQ5xx and IQ8xx could have the same issue.

Ok, thanks. I know what this thread about. My question was pertaining to the thread about iTunes. And the thread is also about TouchSmart problems, so basically it fits. I have found other systems apps work on my HP TS IQ504, that aren't even listed on driver page. When people get an error box when trying to install an update/patch, go into the temp folder and get the extracted stuff, and use the installs from that. Sometimes the patches don't work directly from the self extracting, but go to where it is extracted. in Run command, type %temp% to bring up the temp folder, and most folders that HP just extracted, will have
.temp after it. I go in there and use the install.

huh?

None of that makes any sense in reference to the items in this thread; we're talking about the Win7 v3.x version of the Touchsmart MediaVideoPhoto's app and the issues the OP has in the use of its integration with an existing iTunes library.
