Install all of the drivers for windows 7 from the HP website for your model. In particular, you will need the ATI display driver, and the Quick Launch Buttons as these will enable your auto-rotate.

Mediasmart still exists as well, download from the model page same as the drivers. You can also use the newer touchsmart software which is replacing mediasmart if you wish.
