I have a digicam that shoots video in x264 (MOVs). Windows Media Player plays these videos fine; but the TouchSmart Video panel does not even see these videos.
How can I get them to show up. If I change the file extension to WMV or MPG, they show up and play (no thumbnail preview though) so it's not a codec problem.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
