This issue can be due to two reasons:
1. Due to peak feature(which is introduced in Win7) in Aero theme.
Check the issue by switching to custom theme.
2. By Chance did you remove or change the user32.dll.mui in the past couple of days? I know a lot of people are using a modified user32 file to remove the Evaluation watermark from the desktop.
If so I hope you backed up the original so you can revert.
Hi,
So the problem I'm having are the buttons (minimize, restore and close) that appear in the titlebar of an application when it's maximized. They just don't work.
They flash blue when pressed, so they are being acknowledged. They work fine when not maximized. I've increased the size of the titlebar but that doesn't work.
I'm running a TouchSmart 300 with Windows 7 Home premium.
Has anyone else experienced this or can think of a solution?
