Matt,

Theres been a lot of talk lately about Windows 7 in the various forums on the board.  Withh the impending release of the public beta this month, I;m sure there will be much more discussion.  Would it be a good idea at this point to start a Windows 7 subforum to keep things better organized?

Hi Dave,

I'm on board. We actually talked about putting out a Win 7 forum when MS lets loose the public beta. However, since the leak it's pretty much out now. Let me run it past the team and see if they're game of putting it out early.

Hi Dave,

We've gone around in circles on the Win 7 topic, and we're actually going to start up a Windows 7 User Group over a forum. Groups are a separate area that include their own forum, but also includes a downloads area where members can upload things. This will be useful for getting all the drivers and other software crucial to running Win 7 on the TouchSmart in one place.

With some luck, I'll have the group up and running by the end of the day. :)
