Hi to everyone,

Recently I've noticed an issue using the pen on my tx2 1050el.

The tablet was send to HP about the end of march for a technical problem of the SD reader, and there they change also my monitor (I don't know why but they do it).

Before that the monitor with the pen and the new driver 2.239 for Windows 7 64 bit works good and not have big problem (except touch that work good but not perfect).

After it return to me, I've tested it and the touch input work much better than before, but I haven't test the pen because after a week I have had new problem so it was resent to HP about 3 times for repair and I've finally have a unit that work, except the pen interaction that show problem like this :

As you can see when I write a line the result is a dot line or white space.

I've reinstalled the driver and it do the same problem, and with the Windows 7 original driver (single touch and pen) it work a bit better.

So I don't know if it's maybe a driver issue or a hardware issue.

Anyone have suggest? Thanks in advance

Hey,
I had a similar issue, and the issue was solved when I got a new pen from HP.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for the answer,
I've already changed the pen but the problem still remain.
I don't know why it has this issue, also because the "lag" zone is random and not always in the same area (usually it's located in the middle of the monitor, but not always).
