I think the easiest solution would be if you connect the tv with an old computer(or a HTPC) with WLAN and then stream between the computers.
For the case that you only want to transfer jpeg-data (ore mp3s) there are bluetooth(to scart) sticks like the Hama Bluetooth Mobile Picture Viewer.
Maybe works for your purposes a DVD player with wireless internet access.

Does anyone know of any software, or device that works well to display my screen from my computer to my tv via wireless signal?.. i WOULD APPRECIATE THAT VERY MUCH FOR ANY ANSWERS AT ALL...

I think you need to be a little more clear on what you're trying to accomplish.
If you want to have the output of your laptop displayed on your TV without any wire or cable connecting the two, there are some wireless HDMI transmitter/receiver units.
