There are no updated apps for Win7 for the IQ7xx series, that would probably include the buttons. You should be able to get drivers for the devices, but that's it.

The Windows update drive are the same,
unless hp have a newer drive on there website,
but what you can do is download the vista drivers,
then use winrar to extract the driver and manually install them,
this should help out with most of your problems,
not entering your bios,
do you have another keyboard you could use maybe the keyboard you are using,
is giving you the problems,
