You may need to update the TouchSmart software, if you haven't done so already. When you go to the hp support site, you can type in your model number and click your way to the software updates that are available for your unit.
I have the 25.5 inch HP IQ804 all in one and everytime I open the touchsmart program (to access photos-videos, etc) the program opens, then after a few seconds the upper right hand corner disappears. So I can't access any of the programs (photos-videos, etc) and I can't close the touchsmart program because the "X" button is gone. The only way to close the touchsmart program is to use the task manager to close it. Any help is much appreciated. I am not a computer person but love, love, love this touch screen computer!
