1st problem was buying it at Best Buy a couple years ago.  Must have the first one ever made, and last one like it.  It has a real cool adapter cord for dual monitors that is really weak and broke easily.  I tried to find anther one even order one from japan, but no avail, it didn't fit.  Closest thing i ever found to it.  I purchase a couple others but they aren't even CLOSE.  Before this Best Buy said there is nothing they can do, not one of their tech guys every saw this type of connection.  HP was no help they didn't know anything about it either.  I think i bought one destined for another country and some how best buy in minnesota ended up with it.  that was problem number 1.  Made it useless as i have 8 computers in my business and this is the only one i can't use dual monitor with, also the most expensive. I did buy a usb monitor adapter and some software to make it work, but point is they sold me a POS that has no replacement part.  Gets worse...

Problemo number two... I added a ram, it holds a whole 2 now... this was  cutting edge... installed Win 7 and lost wireless adapter.  After a year now still no driver for the wireless adapter and the hp website doens't support the only relevant os from ms in about four years?????  I have bout a few other computers and own three laptops (toshiba) all are great.  I will never purchase another pos from hp, and they are worried about a little grabass by the ceo/??  btw Toshiba laptop four years ago for $600 at same best buy still kicks but and i use it like a desktop... HP IQ770 for about $1200 = POS.  I am in the market to replace a couple computers WONT be hp's...  now enough btching  can anyone help me with the wireless driver? is there one out there that we just can't get from hp?
