Hi everyone -  New here!  I've looked through A LOT of posts and have not seen a real resolution.  My TS freezes all the time.  I have to manually  turn it off buy hoding down the on button.   It always starts right back up in normal mode but is a pain to have to do it several times a day!  I just had my hard drive crash and burn and replaced it.  I had the issue before (right from the start), and have it now after replacing the HD.  It does not seem to matter what if going on - I use Firefox and Thunderbird.  It does NOT freeze when I am actually working -  well maybe it has once or twice but that is not normally the case.  I read somewhere to switch the power settings to High Perfomance so I just did that today. My feeling is that has something to do with TS app.  Any thoughts?

Also, after reinstalling the HD and all software my TS doesn't work.  I have done all the recommended tests and can't quite figure it out.
