do other computers work on the wireless?

Yes we had the same problem and spent hours trying to fix my device when it was actually the router. Our internet providers did not acknowledge that there was a problem with the TP Link router until another customer had the same issues. Our internet service providers found a 'Fix' for it online. Sorry I do not know what the fix is. I am looking online now as suddenly, pictures and websites aren't loading properly like before and I have to keep repairing the connection.

I would suggest you replace the router, it can't be coincidence that this thread keeps popping up with the exactly same model #.

And the same suggestion from March applies, with this many issues with this PARTICULAR model router, I would suggest replacing it or working with the router manufacturer on resolving it.
