Hi, nowadays my tx2 is pretty loud and the CPU temperatures are constantly around 60-70°C. As opposed to the time where the device was new, I can hardly feel any hot air coming out of the cooling vent at the back of the device. Therefor there should be some dust around the CPU cooler and its fan which doesn't allow the hot air to flow out of my device. Are there any instruction available for disassembling a tx2? Seeing this in pictures makes that procedure much more easier (and safer ;)).

Lord Death: E-mail HP Technical Support ask for direction for a component such as fan a motor. They should either give you a links or send you direction with pictures. Did try this replacing your hard drive as search in HP self help section for your lap top. I am sure you will see pictures of the break down. There is this option as well. Find some with air pressure hose such a gas station just blow out your ports. You can also use a vaccum cleaner one that has suction and a blower. Such as a shop vac. Save your self from breaking down your lap top.

be *VERY* careful with compressed air and computer fans, always make sure they are stopped, and if possible have something holding them from moving with the power off, some fans can be damaged when spun in reverse with the system having power.

What I personally found while fixing my recent TX2 failure, is that there's a pocket in the fan enclosure that dust balls collect in, preventing compressed air from removing it. Pipe cleaners may be able to fish it out.
