System recovery issue

Hi everyone, I am getting an error 0x400110020000100a when i try and do the recovery on my Touchsmart IQ506. I installed windows 7 on it, but i didn't wipe out the restore partition. I can't seem to get my touchscreen to work. I just want to restore the system back to original. Does anyone have any ideas of what i could do?
