There was once a nice little utility called TouchControl.exe that went into your system tray, and you could double click it to turn off touch. I can't find any live links for it, but I still have it on my laptop. Unfortunately I have not way to share it.
The long way to turn off touch is under control panel > pen and touch input. You can turn off touch (or just multitouch) in there.
I have HP tx2 1000 , this touch screen dont suport touch pressure, to do some works in photoshop i need to use tablet and now i have problem becouse this 2 devices are fighting. Photoshop is not recognising the pen pressure from tablet, How can i turn off the touch screen ?
