I have a HP 22" Touchsmart All-in-one pc (sorry couldn't locate the model or product numbers) and I'm trying to install the Windows 7 TouchPack.

When I try and install the TouchPack program I keep getting an error message saying the PC isn't dual touch control and cannot be installed.

I've had the TouchPack installed on the PC before but the PC has recently been reformatted hence the reinstall. Unfortunately I wasn't the person that installed it the first time so I really don't know where I'm going wrong.

I've tried multiple google searches and downloaded a couple of different files that claimed they would work. But don't.....

Can anyone offer any advice at all?

You simply need to go to hp.com support and download the updated NextWindow Multi-Touch Device Driver Update for your model.

That's the update that will give it multi-touch capability.
...yes, you will need your model number for it ;-)
