As far as I've heard, Diane here on these forums has been successful at getting the updates installed on her 5xx and 8xx systems.
So I see that another update of the TS software is out, but only for the 300/600 series. I find it hard to believe my IQ816 running windows 7 64bit can't handle the new software. Any word on when or if ever they will release the update for everyone else? Is there no way to try it out even though it's not technically compatible? Also, I've got to say that I am very disapointed in the lack of updates for my model. I havent had an update through "hp update" in like a year. Has HP just moved on to bigger and better?

thats good news. but how? should i just go to the hp website and download the TS 4.0 update for the 600 series?

It's a lot of work, and none of it is what you would consider "automatic" you have to download all the applications, and then extract them from the EXE they're packaged in.
