One thing you may want to try is taking advantage of Vista's "Ready Boost". On several of my lower powered systems, using readyboost has resulted in a significant increase in video performance.
To take advantage of it you need a ready boost supported SD Card or USB thumb drive. I prefer the DS card method. In any event, the faster, the better. On one of my laptops, I use an 8 GIG SDHC card and use half for storage and the other half for readyboost.
Also, do you mean to say you have 6mb ram or 6 GB RAM? I know the answer...I just couldn't resist.
I looked at the service manual for the 800 series and didn't see anything about changing out the graphics chip.

I forgot to say can i install a INTEL CORE 2 DUO MOBILE T9500 2.60GHz/6MB/800MHz as well
i got this machine to try some photo editing.But its to slow even my web pages don't scroll smooth..Its a nice machine but not that powerfull.I tryed to take it back to the shop but they won't take back so iam stuck with it..So all i can try is to upgrade cpu and graphics card
