You take the unit apart and replace it...
You do know it's a unique part and not purchasable like a normal desktop, right?
How do I replace the PSU?

There is no reason to start multiple threads on the same subject here, I've deleted the other thread asking the same question.
You should look at the various Graphics card removal threads and you will see other discussions on how to disassemble this unit, it's been covered many many times before, and it's not easy.
Look at other similar models such as the IQ770 and IQ775
