They well tell what the parts numbers are and they will tell you how and where to place your replacement order. Make sure you save the links that they give to favorites in Internet explorer. You will need them later when your parts arrive. Lucky for us this is a very simple computer to break down and put back to gather again. Just follow their direction to tee. They help me out when I had to replace the CD drive I even fixed eject switch just by looking at the picture and matching it to what was there. That was not working when I bought it.
