sorry to hear that. they are maybe having some production issues...maybe lots of people are ordering....

First, they can't deliver my IQ506 so they send me an IQ804 without even asking me. Next, they give me decent pricing on the new IQ506T with a delivery date of 1.16.09, (ordered 1.10.09). I just receievd an email lettting me know that my order has been delayed until 1.20.09. Very frustrating and I don't even have my TS yet! :)

I am hanging in there, thanks. I'm trying to sell the IQ804 they sent me for $1599 on ebay. I only paid $1100 for it. If anyone wants to make me a reasonable offer, please PM me.

bare in mind the reason of the relay is because the new model is coming out, it might be worth to wait a bit for the new model

They notified me that the IQ506 was no longer available and that they were sending me an IQ804 for the same price. I don't have the room for a 25.5" system so I ordered the new IQ500T instead, which I am still waiting for. So I paid ~ $1100 for a ~ $1700 IQ804.

I am suppose to get my IQ810 next monday, but i have cancell my order due to new model coming out very soon. I figure i would wait a week or two to get the better model. This is killing me too.....comeon HP, hurry up!

i can't find any 25% discount code. and since I am base in UK, not all discount code work. The best I can find is 10% off

When my 1/15 ship date passed without an email, I contacted Customer Service, who told me that my IQ500T had already been built, and was probably out for "Customs". Then, I get the email saying mine is delayed until the 21st because of availability of components. Grrrrr.

I just sold the IQ804 on eBay for $1600.00 $500 profit. Still waiting for my IQ500.
