Hello White gloves. Thank you for the warning. Thats why I have not installed 4.0 update.Aren't these computers great? Open up your HP Support Assistant click on help icon on top right right side box. Not support icon. Help and support box opens up. Type in web cam in search. Go to # 10. Update a driver that is not working properly. Follow those direction.You also might run check disk. Same search box type in check disk. #1 Check a drive for errors. Follow those direction to the tee. This should automatically correct the issues provided you carefully read and check off the right boxes. If you need futher assistant please post.
my webcam apps in toucsmart 4.0 doesn't work, but maybe i think i turn off some service and that affect my webcam, i already reinstall webcam apps but that still doesn't work
help me please,

i'm already know why my webcam doesn't work, beacause there are apps for yahoo messenger that's use camera that replace the function of touchsmart webcam, upgrade to version 4.0 its okay
