HP Labs India has created a Windows 7 application called “Personalized Video” to make online video consumption easier, personalized and leanback. Using Personalized Video, users can

• create channels (E.g. Steam locomotives, Airplane landing) of their video interests
• rate videos (like or dislike); the system learns user tastes to prioritize future consumption
• request videos similar to the current video being viewed and web pages related to the current video
• share videos with Twitter/Facebook friends
• consume recommended videos (Suggestions)
• annotate videos

Although the application doesnt run in the Touchsmart shell, we have tested it for a Touchsmart running Windows 7.
