They do include it, something went wrong.
Make sure you have NO USB flash or hard drives attached and do the recovery again.
hi there a while back i took dianas advice and purchased the recovery discs for my ts iq510uk as i was having problems aftwer installing win 7 from vista
now i have a prob in that the discs came and would not boot from the dvd drive so i plugged in a usb dvd drive to install the original software for the pc well this took about 2 hours to do and at the end i thought great so it saif to restart the pc upon doing so i got this message saying that BOOTMGR is missing press cntrl alt del to restart can anyone advice as to what to do now ..
i was under the impression that the three discs for reinstalling the original software included the op system as well as the recovery system what do i do now thanks...
