Nick has apparently gone AWOL, he's never been back after that first day. If it goes 2 weeks with no followup I'm very tempted to kill the thread to stop folks from getting all excited, he can always repost when the upload completes.

Don't worry! I've done this a half dozen times from a new HDD. Spend the afternoon running Windows Update(s). Critical components will be automatically detected, downloaded and installed. Be certain to download windows and 'other products'. Sit back, 'cause as I said, it will take awhile.
But, good news is, once Windows has finished updating, you can run 4.0 then the final upgarde all at once.

Restart your computer and run Windows Update again. If you're starting from a new HD, you'll have nearly 50.

As I said, it's under "Latest Downloads. But if you have a 310, 610 or newer, go to your model's Download page and you'll find the upgrade there, too.
