Hello
I have IQ500. I was just wondering in win7, is there any touch action equivalent to hovering over an icon on the taskbar? For example, if wmp is open and you hover over its icon with the mouse, you see the rewind, pause and forward buttons (poor replacement for the minimise to taskbar but we won't go down that road!). Can you do this without the mouse using the touchscreen?
Note if you press and hold the wmp icon for example, the play, back, forward box comes up. But to select them, you would have to lift your finger from screen and press again but as soon as you do lift finger off, the box is gone.
Just while I have you here, are these below all the touch screen actions or am I missing any...
- press and hold=right click.
- move fingers closer together=zoom in (opposite for zoom out).
That's pretty much it for your desktop in general. And for you browser, what ever mixture of keyboard shortcuts and mouse clicks are applicable, the same applies to touchscreen:
- CTRL+PRESS = open in new tab
- SHIFT+PRESS = open in new window
- ALT+PRESS=download link
Final question, Is their any finger gesture to mimic pressing the mouse scroll button for example, in your browser, when you wish to close tab.
