I had same problem, I solve it like this (for example browser app):
1. download browser app
2. when you download it, you will have file sp1111.exe, open it with archiving software (7zip or any else)
3. extract files, look into folder src...until you find setup.exe
4. run setup.exe and after that find install.bat or something like browserinstall.bat. it is important that extension is .bat
5. run that file and after it completed (under 1 min) start touchsmart and you should have browser app
repeat this steps for any app
Hi All!
I am new here but I have a problem. I have Tm2 notebook and I made a clean install win7 ultimate. I downloaded the all hp software. I try to install touschsmart mvp software, but it is not working. No error message nothing..just not working. It is v 3.1.
Update: I try to install v4.0.28.0 (I found it the other site): It is run, but I can't install any others touchsmart software (browser, weather..etc..) I installed but without error massege..it is not working....
Any advice?
