It's not a driver, as in really.. it's not going to be a driver, they don't "sorta work" If there's a firmware update you will find it on hp.com in the support section for the 600-1137. There never are drivers for IDE or SATA storage devices, it's baked in to the OS.
Unfortunately this has all the signs of a bad drive that's on the way out or was never right to start with and needs replacement since you can't really clean them.
is there any driver or firmware update for dvd drive on hp touchsmart 600 1137d?
(samsung TS-T633P)
because sometimes my dvd drive can't read data disk and DVD ,
when i'm searching on samsung.com i can't find the driver
can someone explain how to fix it, please...
