First off, welcome,
Second off, the IQ810 never came with Win7, the IQ8xx series came with Vista, somewhere this machine was upgraded.
The files at hp.com in the support section for your model are the files that you need to install for a machine with Win7, they are updates from the originals, but do not require the originals be installed.
It might also be a good idea to spend the $30 for the official HP Vista recovery DVD set for later on in case you need it.
I have just bought a hp touchsmart IQ810 and it came with windows 7.I have been searching for months to find the touchsmart software or called touchsmart suite, but nothing.can you please help me find where to download it?my pc without it looks awful and i really want that program. so please can you help me ? im hopelesss ... in the hp page about my pc were only the updates , i need the software itself
If Only HP would make the recovery supplement disc easy to find and order.

There is no "supplemental recovery disc" to what are you referring to?
You are offered the ability to make your own recovery discs from the machine, and you could buy them at that time for under $30.
It is quite possible that this machine got a free update to 7 from Vista (my wife's 5xx from that era qualified)... but yes, it started life with Vista.
That being said, the Touchsmart software is there to be had, search on the hp site under your machine model number... you will get to TS3 version, not the newest version, but functionality is great on it. It may list it as Vista, but it runs on 7 with no problems.
