If it's not available from the hp.com download site for your model then you need to purchase the set of recovery DVDs from HP if you didn't make them when it was nagging you.
ALWAYS make that set of recovery DVDs when you get a new machine
how can i reinstall touchsmart 4.0 ?
because virus attack my pc and i should reinstall my pc and i lost touchsmart software,
please help, this is very important for me

I'm in the middle of finishing up a revised version of the "one stop" upgrade for going from TouchSmart 3.0 to 4.0 that was removed from the HP support website a long time ago.
I could use some testers for it. Send me a Private Message through this website if you're interested in helping out.
Note that you'd be doing this at your own risk, so make sure you have your system backed up, recovery DVDs created, etc. I will be very limited in my ability to help restore individual systems to the 3.0 software suite. In other words, I probably won't be able to help you.
That being said, I have good reason to believe that this new version is pretty solid and will work out for you. I've tested it on an IQ770 and a 300 series machine multiple times. Other people have tested early versions as well and have not reported any critical issues.

I've successfully installed back touchsmart software few days ago, I get the files to touchsmart 3.0 from others blog and then I directly update to touchsmart 4.0 and it runs smoothly, then I followed your advice (GeekTieGuy) in order to use apps center, thankss: D
