Ok so here's my problem:

 My mom got a new Touchsmart IQ550 but has recruited me to try and figure out this problem but I'm stumped...

When ever she (or I) try to run the smartcenter application, we get an error saying "You are logged on as a guest. Hp touchsmart requires a non-Guest account. Please log off and use a standard account to run HP Touchsmart."

Being the somewhat commputer savvy man I am, I immediatly went to the control panel, double checked that her account was indeed the adminstator account, which it was. So I disable the User Account Control, the guest acount (which was already disabled) and deleted a guest profile under the advanced settings but to no avail. I can't seem to find anyone else with the same problem, perhaps someone can answer my question here?
