Very odd problem, but i had a similar issue and it was hardware related (the motherboard was faulty) and HP have replaced the entire unit. Have you experienced any problems in Vista with the CD/DVD drive or external USB devices?
Hi all,
I did install Windows 7 on my IQ 407. All went easily, however I could never get it to recognize the DVD/CD burner. I had tgo go back to visa.
