If you tap the Personalize button, it will show you a list of tiles you can add. You can scroll left and right in this list, as you do in the main view, and select tiles to have included.

I did a restore to default and now my tiles are all different. how do I add back such things as a tile for pictures and other things I might want in the touch menu?
