Everytime the electric goes off my bios loses the date and time. I'm guessing that the PC has some kind of battery that retains the information in cases of losing its mains supply and mine has obviously expired.

Any idea where it is? I'm guessing the motherboard, but where exactly?

I live up north and we get a lot of power cuts at this time of year and its becoming a pain!

Thanks in advance,

David.
