Not really 100% sure what you're describing other than "DVDs don't play"
The usual trouble shooting steps are:
Can you use data DVDs ok? (meaning the laser is ok)
Have you updated the Mediasmart DVD software from the HP.com support site for your region? DVDs are region specific.
Hello! Got a problem, I bought an HP TouchSmart 600pc and I have problems with DVD. Several days went smoothly. but now if I want to see a movie on DVD, do not you open locks. Empty DVD but read them, I wonder what I do with them. that would be the problem? I do not know what to do? Can someone help me??
