I have a touchsmart desktop and was looking at the stand it does not support being rotated 90 degree. I would suggest building a swivel in the stand so it can rotate a 90 degree's or 180 this would allow the machine to be run in portrait mode. The NVIDIA support rotation and inverted portrait and, inverted landscape upside down.  Any other suggests on how I might rotate the machie left or right and get it to stand properly?

wall-mount it. use a wall mount kit that can rotate the touchsmart 90 degress. that's the only way i can think of.

There are also swiveling desk mount kits for LCD monitors but in addition to that, you will need the HP VESA wall mount bracket. If you choose to get a desk mount kit, look for one that will support at least 50 lbs.
