Hi guys,
I've tried and tried again but everything I do to solve this issue has never worked. Since I have move to Windows 7, my keyboard functions have never worked and i cannot even control the volume and do some basic things like "pause" the music. My remote control also cannot do these features. Only the numeric and the media center buttons work on the remote. I have installed the drivers but no solution. Moreover, the touchsmart application button in front of the computer. Please help me. By the way I own an IQ 506.

If you have updated your other drivers for win7 via the methods described in teh various posts here, you need to reinstall the keyboard drivers. There are actually several drivers in that package. One for the keyboard and remote and the others for the OSD (onscreen display) and volume controls.
