Stated directly from the HP documentation for both systems (bold/underlined for emphasis);
- Dual channel memory architecture
- Two DDR2 SO-DIMM (200-pin) sockets
- Supported SO-DIMM types:
- PC2-5300 (DDR2-667 MHz)
- PC2-6400 (DDR2-800 MHz)
- Non-ECC memory only, unbuffered
- Supports 4GB DDR2 SO-DIMMs
- Supports installation of up to 8 GB RAM
- All 4.0 GB is addressable on 64-bit operating PCs
- Approximately 3.2 GB is addressable on 32-bit operating PCs
The product manual shows how to replace it;

So what you need is two 4gb DDR2-800 mhz SO-DIMM (will give better performance over the 667 modules) memory modules. They're pretty expensive right now still though.
