I have an IQ504 running Windows Vista Premium SP1 64 bit. I have a C5280 HP Photosmart printer that came with Photosmart Essentials software. This software worked fine when first installed but now I can't get it to load at all. When I try the computer works for a few seconds like it's loading and then nothing. The screen stays the same and the computer and all other software continue to work fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and have downloaded the latest version but no luck. I have uninstalled recent software but again, no luck. So far I have not been able to find any solutions on the web. Anyone have any ideas?
