I purchased this HP Touchsmart computer the end of January 2009 and it has been back to HP three times for repair.  It has initially had a software repair, then replaced harddrive and it has just comeback again having had the hardrive repaced again and the DVD drive replaced.  HP repairs have had the computer more than me.  This drama has also taken up a lot of time and money in phone calls to their tech team who promise to ring you back and don't always.  I am so upset because the computer costs so much.  I agree with others who say that you are left hanging on the phone for ages.  The finally straw came this week when I received my computer back after two weeks.  I had the hard drive and dvd drive replaced I switched it on and registered with Norton security, connected to the internet and played ond dvd and guess what another blue screen.  I hate to admit it but the tears wre running down my face.  I have since complained politely to HP customer services and a nice gentleman said he would try and get the computer replaced.  Guess what - no deal, apparently you have to have three separate hard drive failures on separate occasions before they replace it - only one more to go then.  My initial joy at purchasing this machine has obviously been overshadowed by this drama.  As we speak Ihave a £1000 computer sat onmy desk which is useless.  I did initially sing this products praises and as result my father purchased one - I hope to god that he does not have any problems because I would not recommend this computer to anyone in the future!
