Problems with computer HP TouchSmart IQ522cs

I have a 2 week old PC IQ522cs, continuous does not work touch screen.

After the System Restore touch screen work into the night.

In the morning there is a function does not work .

Always must restore your system and then it works.

It does so every day!!!!

Can someone help me?
