I'm trying to do that but from my sattilite recever it has an s-video out and my computer can do s-video in so is it possible
Hi All,
New here, had my touchsmart for about a month now, love it, and pleased to find this site! 
Recently tuned in my Digital TV Tuner and started using windows media centreb to record stuff but would also like to be able to switch from the inbuilt tuner to the svideo input to record from another source. Has anyone managed to do this? I am having problems working out where to do it from! Duh!

You have already set up Windows Media Centre to use the internal TV card, you now need to set the cable/ sat connection in the same way.
